Tink Arrives!

Early December, the kids were out of the bathtub and in their pajamas when the doorbell suddenly rang. Jackson helped answer the door. No one was there! Only a box the said "Elf on the Shelf". He brought it inside, and I read the book that was in the box. The book told about the elf that was included in the box that came from the North Pole. It said that the kids had to give the elf a name. The elf watched the kids, and every night, reported back to Santa Claus. In the morning, the elf would be in a different location. The elf's magic would continue as long as it was not touched. The elf was quickly given the name, "Tink". Tink was a HUGE hit! Every morning, Jackson would jump out of bed and race through the house looking for Tink. What a fun new Christmas tradition!

The kids didn't know what to think about Tink at first.
