New Beginings

Thomas and Jackson had a new start yesterday. Thomas started his new job with Gerdau. He had a great first day and was warmly welcomed. They took him out to dinner at a nice restaurant and he came home raving about the food. Jackson started his new "school" at Primrose. Thomas dropped him off in the morning and stuck around for a few minutes to get Jackson acclimated. Jackson cried a little when Thomas left (which is not his normal behavior). Thomas called to check on him later in the day and his teacher said that Jackson could not have a better first day! She said he ate fine, shared toys with his new friends and took a long nap. It will take all of us a couple of weeks to get used to all of our changes.
