I had to attend a workshop at my school Friday until 7:00 pm and all day Saturday, so Thomas and Jackson packed up and headed to College Station. Saturday, everybody gathered for a tailgate prior to the Aggie football game. Thomas and my brother Jonathan went to the game and Mama J took Jackson to the Rec Center to watch the game. Mama J reported that Jackson did fine most of the game until other children arrived. The other children began running around the large room where the television was. Of course Jackson joined in. Poor Mama J ended up chasing Jackson most of the time including the THREE overtimes! I think she was relieved to have Thomas back to chase after Jackson after the game! Papa J flew back into town Saturday evening and Jackson was glad to see him.

Sunday morning, Mama J and Papa J took Jackson to church. Papa J took Jackson to children's time to hear Sara June deliver the message. Jackson sat nicely the first part and towards the end, he wanted his Mama J. Jackson began crying and Sara June said something to him about the impact of grandmas.
After lunch, a nap, and a bowl of ice cream with Papa J, Thomas and Jackson headed home. I was VERY happy to see my boys.
