Lauren Meets the Family

My brother, Jeffrey and cousin, Michele threw a party so that Lauren could meet all of the family. It was a fun get together, and I was proud to show Lauren off!

Mama J and Papa J drove up just for the gathering. They drove home the same day. What wonderful grandparents!

After the party, we went to eat with my grandma, Jeffrey and my parents. After dinner, my parents headed back to College Station. Poor Jackson wanted them to come home with us. He was very upset that Papa J did not come to our house and eat vanilla ice cream. The way he asked Papa J to come home and eat ice cream was so sweet that it really tugged on Papa J's heartstrings as well. OK, we were all crying! Isn't family love wonderful?
