Jackson and Sports

Yesterday we were in the car driving to a friend's house. Jackson suddenly started talking about how he wants to play sports out of no where. We asked him what sports he wants to play. He said, "baseball, basketball, hockey, football, soccer. . . " Of course I looked at Thomas and asked him if he has been talking about Jackson playing sports to him. Thomas assured me that had not prompted this discussion. Jackson just kept on talking about how he wanted to play these sports. Then he said, "Can Papa J come and watch my game?" We quickly assured him that Mama J and Papa J would come to some of his games when he was old enough to play. Sigh. . . I am seeing my future clearly now. . . the mom sitting in the stands at game after game after game. It will be fun though! Now if we can hold him off for another couple of years. . .
