The Easter Bunny came! Come see!!" He was very excited! After looking at all of the goodies that the Easter Bunny brought Jackson and Lauren, it was time to make breakfast. That's when the fun started. Our electricity went out. Only it wasn't all of the electricity, just most of it. Thomas and Dad flipped breakers, tested sockets, and had all sorts of fun. We finally decided that it was a TXU problem. Thomas called TXU, and they said there was an outing (thank goodness). Then we talked to our neighbor, and they had the same problem of some lights working and some not. Finally, we decided to get dressed to go to church. Luckily, we had power in the guest bathroom. No power in the master bath or bedroom. It was interesting getting ready. My Dad stepped up and ended up getting both kids dressed! After church, we headed to my Aunt Shirley's house for Easter lunch and Jackson's egg hunt. We had a wonderful day!
I don't have many pictures because my dad was the official photographer. I haven't gotten the pictures from him yet (hint, hint Dad!).
The Easter Bunny hooked the kids up! Jackson got a Snoopy Snow cone machine and water guns. Lauren got pajamas and stacking rings. Of course, each had a chocolate bunny!
