After spending some time in the Badlands, we headed to Custer State Park. At the park, we stayed in Blue Bell Lodge and Resort.
These are the "Panhandling Jackasses" (so I was told when we got back). They will eat anything from the car! Notice the reflection in the mirror. . .
The kids loved exploring the park!
What a great experience for the kids to get to go on this fantastic trip with their grandparents!
Luckily, there was a playground right across from the cabin. The kids took advantage of the close playground too!

On our drive around Custer State Park lead us to several tunnels like this out of the mountain. So cool!
